Which sources answered, how fast, and when they publish

Reachability and latency on this page are measured, not asserted — they come from the `source_status` arrays that /api/geo/events and /api/bi already return. Those two routes cover a real subset of the sources, and the subset is named. The schedule table below is documentation rather than measurement, and is labelled as such.

Not run yet. /api/bi is uncached by design — ten free-form parameters make a cache key unbounded — so pressing this issues real requests to every research source at once and reports what each one did. It is the most honest reachability test in this app and also the most expensive, which is why it is a button.

No route exposes it. The caches under work/ hold each entry's birth time, and `cache_state.cached_at` exposes it for a whole ROUTE payload, but nothing maps it back to an individual source. A read-only route over the cache keys would supply this table honestly; nothing else would.

The latency figures above are from the single request made when you loaded this page. This app keeps no latency history, so there is no median, no p95 and no trend — and a one-sample figure is not presented as a typical one. Recording per-source timings alongside the existing cache would make a real distribution possible.
