What has actually changed

Generated from this repository's git history — not from a marketing calendar. Every entry carries its commit hash so you can read the change itself.

How this page is built

Each entry below is one commit. The hash, the timestamp and the commit subject are transcribed verbatim from git; the sentence above the subject is the same change described for someone using the product rather than reviewing the diff. Run the command below in the repository and you should get exactly this list back.

git log --date=iso --pretty=format:'%ad|%h|%s' --reverse

Range: 95837c3 (the first commit) through 94fabee. 15 commits over 1 day. Timestamps are as git recorded them, at UTC+04:00.

The history starts at the baseline commit. Work on this product that predates that commit was never version-controlled, so this page cannot honestly describe it and does not attempt to. That is a real gap in the record, not a claim that the product was built in a day.

  1. 94fabee17:03:49 +04:00

Every panel can be exported, and the export carries the citation for what it contains — so a figure taken out of the terminal keeps its source with it.

commit subject: Export on every panel, with citation (items 64, 65)

  2. 410ebdc16:49:01 +04:00

Panel layout, sort order and column choices survive a page reload instead of resetting every time.

commit subject: Wire the durable store into the terminal; panel state survives reload

  3. 20c34bb16:44:14 +04:00

Internal: a guard against a partially-applied edit shipping unnoticed.

commit subject: Add an auto-loaded entry point and a half-applied-edit check

  4. 78cc72316:33:27 +04:00

Internal: the checks that had been claimed but not actually executed were run, so the record matches reality.

commit subject: Verify the measurements the interrupted agents never ran

  5. 3ca689016:30:05 +04:00

Internal: work recovered after the three parallel build sessions were cut off.

commit subject: Recover the Phase 2 wave after a session limit killed all three agents

  6. 3b2091a15:27:06 +04:00

Internal: one work package deliberately held back rather than half-built.

commit subject: Record the Phase 2 wave and hold P2-E on purpose

  7. 6f755b015:24:55 +04:00

Internal: the build state is written down so an interrupted run can be picked up where it stopped. This is the file the roadmap page reads.

commit subject: Add a resume mechanism: work packages, baselines, contracts, next actions

  8. 639086914:10:48 +04:00

An absent value was being converted into a confident 0 — most visibly as "100% equity financed" for a company that could not be priced at all. Unmeasured figures now render as unknown.

commit subject: Stop reporting confident zeros for figures that were never measured

  9. a63892214:02:15 +04:00

The terminal screens start using the shared panel and table components instead of their own one-off markup.

commit subject: Wire the component kit into the terminal

  10. dfd232113:59:05 +04:00

Two stylesheet rules were painting every SVG line in the product at 8% white. On the analyst-target charts that was the entire content of the chart. Removing them restored the authored colours.

commit subject: Remove two unscoped SVG rules that were erasing chart content

  11. 3f2ece713:31:30 +04:00

Sign-up, sign-in and per-user state get real routes, so watchlists and preferences have somewhere durable to live.

commit subject: Register the accounts and per-user state routes

  12. 69e081d13:10:37 +04:00

Kit stylesheets wired in, mis-encoded characters fixed in text that was already on screen, and the density control widened past two settings.

commit subject: Integrate the kit stylesheets, fix rendered mojibake, widen density

  13. 209ca9513:01:44 +04:00

URL-driven navigation with working back and forward, a command palette, and a ticker/mnemonic omnibox.

commit subject: Phase 1 foundations: navigation kit (router, palette, omnibox)

  14. 931aa5612:58:07 +04:00

The design token layer, a self-hosted Lucide icon subset, the shared component kit, and password accounts land as the foundations everything later builds on.

commit subject: Phase 1 foundations: tokens, icons, component kit, accounts

  15. 95837c312:14:49 +04:00

The first commit in this repository. Everything before it was not under version control, so this log cannot describe it and does not try to.

commit subject: Baseline: Singularity Terminal as of the 175-item brief

What is not here

Commits marked "Internal" changed the build process rather than the product — the state file the roadmap reads, recovery after an interrupted run, a guard against a half-applied edit. They are listed anyway. A changelog that silently omits the unglamorous half is a filtered one, and a filtered changelog is worth less than none.
